Q1: True meridian of different places

A converge from the south pole to the north pole

B converge from the north pole to the south pole

C converge from the equator to the poles

D run parallel to each other.

ANS:C - converge from the equator to the poles

Whether its magnetic meridian or true meridian in both conditions it starts converging from the equator to north pole and south pole.

Just take an example : the magnetic lines of earth can never be parallel, because these line meet at poles. So if you can see these magnetic lines at equator, they have more gaps but at the poles they are crowded at one point.

SO IT MEANS TRUE MERIDIAN ARE CONVERGING FROM EQUATOR TO POLES.

Thanks. They are assumed to be run parallel to each other but in actual they converges from equator to North poles and south poles.
