ANS:D - Justice Dinesh Kumar

Justice Dinesh Kumar assumed the role of Presiding Officer of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) on April 29, 2024. He was appointed by the government of India for a four-year term, bringing his extensive legal experience, including serving as the chief justice of the Karnataka High Court, to the tribunal.
