As we know elephant and oak tree both belong to Kingdom Animalia and Plantae respectively. If we look close to these Kingdoms we will found that both these Kingdom belong to Eukaryotes, and all Eukaryotic cells have well membrane bound Nucleus, and they both have the power house of cell i.e. Mitochondria where usually Citric Acid Cycle occurs which generate the Energy.
