Resistance = ?

Let's find it,

V = IR.
R = V/I.
R = 24/10.9*10^-3,
R = 24*1000/10.9,
R = 240000/109,
R = 2201.83 (ohm),

=> 2201.83/1000 = 2.20 k ( ohm).
