In figure it is desired that output wave is symmetrical. Then

A both diodes should be similar and |V1| = |V2|

B both diodes should be similar

C |V1| = |V2|

D either (a) or (b)

ANS:A - both diodes should be similar and |V1| = |V2|

I think there is a mistake in the circuit. It is shown that D1 is already forward biased and D2 reverse biased and under that condition symmetry will never be achieved.

Correct me, If I'm wrong.
