Program:

In terms of Computers, Program is a set of instructions or in other words, Program is a collection of statements.

Algorithm:

It is the process of solving the task/problem, in a step by step manner.

Flowchart:

It is a Graphical/Pictorial representation of an algorithm.

Utility Program:

It is a software program, that adds functionality to your computer or we can say that it helps to manage, maintain, control and improve your system performance better.

Ex: Virus scanning software, backup software, disk fragmentar, scan disk, security, file management etc.
