Q1: The parallel transmission of digital data:

A is much slower than the serial transmission of data.

B requires only one signal line between sender and receiver.

ANS:C - requires as many signal lines between sender and receiver as there are data bits.

Parallel transmission of digital data means hole digital input transfers at a time. The number of input lines required is same as the number of data lines. Example 8-bit parallel in parallel/serial out shift register 8 input lines are connected to all 8 D-Flip Flops.

But for serial in parallel/serial out has only one input data line is enough.
