  2. Complaints sometimes improve services.

D Neither I nor II is implicit

E Both I and II are implicit

ANS:A - Only assumption I is implicit

Explanation: The statement expresses an expectation of complaints from the people against poor services. So, I is implicit. But the effect of complaints cannot be deduced. So, II is not implicit.
