B Only I and II are implicit

E All are implicit

ANS:B - Only I and II are implicit

Explanation: The statement mentions that situation in the area is tense. So, I is implicit. Since people have been requested not to go out and remain in homes for safety, so II is implicit. It cannot be inferred when the normalcy will be restored. So, III is not implicit.
